A world-famous event attracting international audiences. We were proud to contribute to the visitor experience by providing exceptional food and drink in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting, where quality and timing were everything.

We were formally invited to open the café at the Seabird Centre when it first launched — a testament to the trust placed in us from the outset. For five successful years, we operated the café, building its reputation for fresh, family-friendly menus and efficient service. The café’s success was such that the Seabird Centre later chose to bring it back in-house, a decision that underlined the strong foundations we helped establish.

Across three separate sites, we partnered with Scotland’s national economic development agency to deliver professional catering solutions for both corporate and visitor environments. Each site required a bespoke approach, aligning with the high expectations for service, quality, and presentation.

We proudly operated at two National Trust sites, celebrating Scotland’s heritage and landscapes through locally inspired, seasonal menus. These settings allowed us to combine our hospitality expertise with a deep respect for cultural and natural heritage.
